Cassie Shelton, Certified CLM Coach

My Competent Learner Model journey began in 2002 when I started providing parent training, and coaching colleagues and educators in Applied Behavior Analysis strategies that centered around the Competent Learner Model. In 2013 I became one of the original certified Competent Learner Model coaches. I enjoy working with our clients and the adults that interact with them, both in person and virtually. I continue to enjoy coaching all types of learners and I would be excited to share what I know with you!

I have an Associate’s Degree in Social Science and a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science. I was a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for 5 years, and a Program Coordinator at Tucci Learning Solutions in California.

In 2018, I moved to Idaho and have continued my career working with people with special needs in both home and school settings, and in the community. I have 2 adult sons and 4 grandchildren whom I love to spend time with! I also enjoy exploring all the wonderful outdoor activities that Idaho has to offer.

I have always loved my work and feel so lucky to have such a rewarding and fulfilling career.
